Most products that we offer are supplied direct via the manufacturer so ordering different products from different manufacturers will mean that they are shipped using different couriers.  We work closely with all our suppliers to make sure that we can offer the best service possible.  Below we have listed details on all services provided by each manufacturer delivering to each region.

Great Britain (England, Scotland & Wales)

Van Guard –All Van Guard products ordered before 3pm are shipped free of charge on a Tuffnels next day service. Please note that if a product is not in stock or is made to order dispatch time can take 2-3 working day before shipping.

Hope Technical – All Safe-T-Bars are shipped on an overnight courier service direct as long as the order is placed before 1pm and the item is in stock.

System Edstrom – All Edstrom full racking kits can take up to 1 week before dispatch however they are dispatched on a free next day service.  Basic racking kits are usually available for dispatch the same or next working day.

Armaplate – All Armaplate Guardian and Sentential products are sent via a next day courier service and are dispatched the same day if ordered before 12pm

All Others – All other products not listed above are sent via a 1 to 3 day DPD service direct from Van Line NI.

Northern Ireland

Van Guard –All Van Guard items in stock come with a 2 to 3 day shipping service.  Please note that if a product is not in stock or is made to order dispatch time can take 2-3 working day before shipping.

All Others – All other products not listed above are sent via a 1 to 3 day DPD service direct from Van Line NI.

Terms and Conditions

At Van Line NI all deliveries are carried out via different courier services throughout the UK and Ireland including DPD and Royal Mail.  All deliveries to the UK are to mainland Great Britain, Northern Ireland and the Republic of Ireland.  Any offshore islands or remote locations may incur additional charges and we would ask that any customer’s not sure if their postcodes are covered to email or call Van Line NI.

Delivery charges vary between products and manufacturers and are clearly stated at the checkout screen.  Only a select range of products are available for collection from Van Line NI and we would ask that you contact us direct before trying to collect.

All delivery charges are done at cost price and as these alter all increases or decreases will be passed on to the customer.

If any good arrive damaged or have any visible damage we would ask customer to contact Van Line NI within 48 hours of the item arriving with photographs and details of the damage.  Each case is handled with separately and fairly. Any items reported outside of the 48hr frame will not be covered.

All returns outside of damaged goods are to be returned to Van Line NI at the customer’s expense either by a 3^rd party courier or via one of our courier services at an additional charge.

All deliveries vary depending on product and manufacturer however we aim to have good at your door within 5 working days; however this is a guideline and can vary.  Should an item take longer you will be notified within 24hrs of your order being placed. 

As much as some services are listed as providing a 1,2,3 or up to 5 day service, we cannot guarantee this and no refunds on delivery can be given if the goods to not arrive within this time frame.

All orders placed do not guarantee same day dispatch however where order are placed within their time frame this will be tried to be achieved.
